If we charge you a fee, and your application does not go ahead you will receive:
- A full refund if we are unable to obtain a mortgage, provided all information you have given us is correct.
- No refund if you decide not to take out the recommended product or apply direct to lender or via another advisor.
- No refund should you decide not to proceed after we have started the application process, this includes obtaining a Decision in Principle.
If a refund is payable to you, we will refund all fees back via the original payment method. This is due to Money Laundering and Fraud prevention reasons, and no exceptions will be made.
